PE is a sexual disorder that touches between 20% and 40% of men. It is characterized by a premature ejaculatory reflex which steps in within about two minutes after the sexual penetration; two minutes is in fact the maximum delay of an early ejaculation, usually the delay is much shorter about 30 seconds to one minute, and even for some cases the ejaculation can step in after 2 or 3 seconds. The premature ejaculation is defined according to three criterias:

1/ A too short time excitation management after a sexual stimulation
2/ A lack of control of this excitation – the man can absolutely not control his ejaculation.
3/ A suffering and frustration experienced by this disorder. Indeed it provokes for the man a painful personal situation and a guilty feeling towards his partner.
